Cyber Security Analyst – Hamburg

About the role

YOGI TEA GmbH is looking for a dedicated Cyber Security Analyst to join its Hamburg headquarters. You will protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company’s information systems across European operations, supporting compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and respond to security alerts, incidents and suspicious activities across EU systems.
• Administer endpoint security, identity management and access controls in line with global standards.
• Perform routine access reviews, privilege audits and system hardening to maintain a strong security posture.
• Support regulatory compliance activities for ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR.
• Collaborate with global security leadership, regional IT teams and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent vocational training.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration or security‑focused infrastructure.
• Fluent in German and business English, both spoken and written.
• Structured, analytical and risk‑aware mindset with ability to work independently.

Required skills

• ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR compliance knowledge.
• Microsoft security ecosystem – Entra ID, Defender, Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Identity lifecycle management and security monitoring tools.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ (advantageous).
