Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

YOGI TEA GmbH is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information systems across European operations. You will work closely with global security leadership, regional IT teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen the company’s cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and respond to security alerts, incidents and suspicious activities.
• Administer endpoint, identity and access security controls in line with global standards.
• Perform access reviews, privilege audits, vulnerability assessments and system hardening.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation with internal and external partners.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 controls and NIS2 compliance.
• Assist with GDPR‑related security initiatives and regulatory audits.
• Participate in risk assessments, tabletop exercises and incident‑response simulations.
• Maintain security documentation, procedures and technical records.
• Contribute to architecture improvements, tool evaluations and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent vocational training.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration or IT infrastructure with a security focus.
• Strong understanding of information‑security principles, frameworks and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
