Cyber Security Analyst – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join a leading Managed Service Provider in Germany. The role is fully remote and focuses on protecting large enterprise and telecommunications clients from evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security incidents and events across client environments.
• Monitor the cyber security infrastructure, analyse alerts and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement customer‑specific IT security solutions and hardening measures.
• Support internal and external audit processes related to security controls.
• Maintain and optimise use cases, detection rules and rulebooks for security services.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices.
• Several years of experience in a service‑provider or datacenter environment.
• Strong interest in SOAR, SIEM, XDR, EDR, NDR and VAS technologies.
• Practical understanding of network, application and content security.
• Fluent German language skills.
