Cyber Security Consultant

About the role

Ubique Systems is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to support a customer in the medical devices or healthcare sector. The role is fully remote and operates on a B2B contract basis, requiring the consultant to provide independent advisory services on security architecture and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product, application, and cloud security initiatives.
• Design and implement secure cloud architectures, focusing on Azure environments.
• Conduct STRIDE threat modeling and secure architecture reviews.
• Implement cloud‑native security controls, Kubernetes and container security.
• Drive Secure SDLC practices and DevSecOps integration.
• Produce documentation, reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product, application, and cloud security.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and container security.
• Familiarity with regulated industries, preferably medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting capacity.
• Valid visa for the EU region (no sponsorship provided).
