Data & AI Analyst

About the role

The Data & AI Analyst will join Greystar’s Data & Analytics team in Frankfurt, supporting Central Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark) and later other markets. The role focuses on generating and analysing performance reports, market and portfolio data to help improve NOI, commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Central Europe Operational Management team with financial and data analysis activities.
• Produce internal (e.g., weekly) and external (investor, client) reports, including leasing and occupancy performance.
• Track leasing trends, identify rental‑growth opportunities and recommend corrective marketing actions.
• Respond to data requests from property and regional managers, operations directors, asset management and client services, providing insights and resolving performance issues.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for AI in the region, driving adoption of AI tools such as Claude.
• Collaborate with Digital/Performance, Asset Management and other functions to enhance data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis or analytics, preferably within real‑estate or a related sector.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting cycles.
• Familiarity with Central European real‑estate markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools, specifically Claude.
• General AI knowledge applied to data analysis.
