Data Analyst – Commercial Operations (CRM & Marketing)

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Commercial Operations team. You will turn large volumes of CRM and marketing data into actionable insights that drive business decisions for Europe’s leading e‑pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for CRM and marketing data, supporting stakeholder needs from start to finish.
• Perform data and business analytics, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and campaign evaluation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting structures, and automated reports using Python, R, and Excel.
• Translate complex data sets into clear insights and recommendations for commercial teams.
• Ensure transparent communication and close collaboration with CRM and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure and tools such as Azure, Databricks, and dbt.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics, preferably in a commercial or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business impact.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and providing transparent communication.
• Experience with CRM or marketing analytics is a strong plus.
• Background in an analytical field (e.g., psychology, biology) and German language skills are advantageous.
