About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Data Analyst to join our team in Munich on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with the founders and clients to deliver data‑driven projects, support customer success and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain data models to support business needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and product enhancements.
Required profile
- Fluent German; English proficiency preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
- Proven analytical and statistical knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a team environment and handling technical project management.
- Experience in international trade or logistics is a plus.
