Data Automation Engineer – Hybrid (Berlin)

About the role

Join ETERNO, the creator of a cloud operating system for modern medical practices, as a Data Automation Engineer. You will own the end‑to‑end data pipelines, BI foundations, workflow automations and internal integrations that enable fast, reliable decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines that feed product and business reporting.
• Create and evolve BI dashboards, recurring reports and customer‑facing insights.
• Develop workflow automations that reduce manual effort for product, operations, finance, sales and engineering teams.
• Implement internal integrations between SaaS tools, APIs, data sources and AWS services.
• Define permission and access structures to protect sensitive data.
• Set up data quality checks, monitoring and observability for pipelines and automations.
• Build small internal tools or full‑stack services when they provide the best solution.
• Leverage AI‑enabled automation to improve speed and quality while maintaining engineering oversight.
