Data Reporting Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Data Reporting Assistant to support senior consultants in cleaning, organizing, and documenting data for a major logistics client. This is a fully remote, permanent position aimed at entry‑level candidates who want hands‑on experience with enterprise performance management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with initial data cleaning and formatting to ensure accurate ingestion into reporting systems.
• Draft and update configuration guides and training manuals for client hand‑over.
• Test reports against source data, flag discrepancies, and support senior consultants in resolution.
• Maintain internal tracking documents to keep projects on schedule and within fixed‑price scope.
• Build simple dashboards based on predefined requirements to visualise logistics performance.
• Participate in remote meetings and provide clear written communication.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating primarily in writing.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior professionals.
• Basic understanding of data management concepts.
