About the role

SHINING 3D is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth of its dental 3D printing portfolio in Stuttgart. You will work closely with account managers and technical teams to expand market presence and deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

Support Account Managers in creating and executing growth strategies for the 3D printing portfolio.
Conduct market and customer analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
Prepare sales materials, product presentations, and business proposals.
Generate performance reports and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Assist in organizing demos, webinars, and trade events to showcase 3D printing solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met.

Required profile

2‑3 years of experience in the dental printing or related business.
Fluent English communication skills.
