Dermatologist – Telemedicine Doctor

About the role

FORMEL SKIN is seeking a board‑certified dermatologist to join its HealthTech team in Germany. The position is full‑time and based on‑site, while the medical work is delivered remotely through the company’s digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient questionnaires and uploaded photos to establish diagnoses.
• Create individualized treatment plans that comply with current dermatological standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies on a monthly basis based on outcomes and feedback.
• Communicate securely with patients and interdisciplinary teams via online channels.
• Collaborate with partner pharmacies and internal teams to ensure treatment quality and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of medical protocols and the tech‑enabled care model.

Required profile

• Completed medical degree and full medical licence to practice in Germany.
• Specialisation in dermatology or strong experience treating common skin conditions.
• Excellent written communication in German; English proficiency is a plus.
• High empathy, patient‑centred mindset and commitment to evidence‑based medicine.
• Ability to work on‑site in Germany, manage a structured schedule and thrive in a startup environment.
