Design and Construction Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Join Amazon’s Design and Construction Execution team to lead the delivery of new delivery stations and fulfillment centers across Europe. Based in a German corporate office, you will split your time between office planning and on‑site coordination, travelling frequently to project locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end project delivery from initial concept through final construction.
• Prepare comprehensive project budgets and detailed schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, external contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems.
• Apply best practices in pre‑construction and construction processes, including site visits and permit reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience in construction or project management.
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and coach junior staff.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
