Über die Position

Wir suchen einen Desktop Support Specialist, der unser IT‑Team in Frankfurt unterstützt. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt hybrid mit einem Tag pro Woche im Büro.

Hauptaufgaben

Erst- und Zweit‑Level‑Support für Desktops, Laptops und mobile Geräte (iOS/Android).
Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei Druckern und Peripheriegeräten.
Bearbeitung von Tickets nach ITIL‑Prozessen und Einhaltung von Service‑Level‑Agreements.
Unterstützung bei der Nutzung von Microsoft Office, Exchange/Outlook und internen Anwendungen.

Anforderungsprofil

Erfahrung im Help‑Desk‑Umfeld mit Fokus auf Level‑1‑ und Level‑2‑Support.
Gutes Verständnis von ITIL‑Prinzipien und Ticket‑Lifecycle‑Management.
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten nach SLA zu setzen.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Windows‑ und macOS‑Betriebssysteme.
Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange und Outlook.
Mobile Betriebssysteme iOS und Android.
Grundlagen von ITIL und SLA‑Management.
