Developer Experience Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to join our partner’s team in Germany. In this role you will blend software development expertise with strong communication skills to create technical experiences that help developers adopt and integrate modern tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality technical content such as articles, tutorials, documentation, videos, landing pages, and product demos.
• Design and develop integrations, plugins, micro‑sites, and other assets that showcase product capabilities.
• Plan and deliver developer‑focused programs including webinars, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure developer perspectives are represented in campaigns.
• Gather developer feedback, identify recurring challenges, and provide actionable insights to product teams.
• Maintain deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to build credibility within developer communities.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production software and working in Developer Experience, Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role.
• Mission‑driven, collaborative, curious, and outcome‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of building relationships and credibility within developer communities.
