DevOps Engineer – Secure Communications (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the Secure Communications division of a globally recognised manufacturer of tactical radio systems. The role is hands‑on, embedded in an agile Scrum team, and focuses on building and maintaining the software delivery platform for mission‑critical defence products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure communications software.
• Write code and scripts to automate build, test and release processes.
• Collaborate with other development teams to share CI/CD best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor emerging technologies and propose enhancements to the toolchain.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
• Solid experience in software development and DevOps within a high‑assurance environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Business‑fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• EU or NATO nationality.
