DevRel Engineer – Events & Community (EMEA)

About the role

Langfuse is looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to own events and community engagement across Europe. You will represent the product at conferences, meetups, workshops and other technical gatherings, turning in‑person interactions into lasting marketing momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer and partner events across Europe.
• Run live demos and technical sessions covering tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics and LLM engineering workflows.
• Create and maintain field‑ready material such as demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages and follow‑up communications.
• Organise Langfuse‑hosted meetups, dinners and technical gatherings for high‑quality audiences.
• Collaborate with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, product marketing and engineering to ensure effective product positioning.
• Translate event learnings into improved messaging, demos, documentation, talks, customer stories and product feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy or similar technical community roles.
• Proven track record of speaking at developer conferences, meetups, workshops or webinars.
• Comfortable traveling frequently across Europe and delivering technical talks and demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and define playbooks.
