Digital Communications Officer – 2‑Year Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Communications Officer to join the global communications team of Allianz Commercial on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Global Head of Communications and working day‑to‑day with the Senior Global Digital Communications Officer, you will drive digital channels such as the website, intranet, newsletters and LinkedIn across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate digital channels – website, LinkedIn, intranet (Connect) and email newsletters – ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage website content using Adobe Experience Manager, optimise SEO/GEO and monitor performance.
• Create, schedule and analyse LinkedIn posts and visual assets, supporting paid campaigns when required.
• Design, segment and deploy email campaigns with Adobe Campaign while maintaining GDPR compliance.
• Publish internal content on the intranet, support editors and track engagement metrics.
• Support video and podcast production, virtual events and AI‑enabled initiatives such as the Allianz Risk Barometer.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional communications experience, preferably in an international environment.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital communications experience, including platform management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong planning, copywriting and research abilities with a “get‑it‑done” attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural relationship skills.
