Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Tradebyte, you will own the end‑to‑end email marketing strategy and customer journeys, working within the Marketing & Communication team to boost audience engagement and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, set up and manage automated customer and lead journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create clear, engaging email copy, subject lines and CTAs for B2B audiences.
• Support campaign setups, landing page creation and WordPress site administration, ensuring conversion tracking and UX optimisation.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and SFMC reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
• Provide cross‑functional digital support and coverage for initiatives across channels.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory) and preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills for B2B email content.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools, including WordPress and LinkedIn.
• Experience analysing digital campaign data and building performance reports.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
