Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant, open‑minded team in Berlin. This part‑time position will focus on developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze digital data to recommend website optimisations.
• Conduct social media audits and ensure best practices.
• Coordinate with sales to create marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and send customer emails.
• Monitor online marketing metrics and report performance.
• Maintain online listings on e‑commerce platforms.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Design, build and maintain social media presence.
• Measure campaign ROI and KPIs, identify trends and optimise spend.
• Run conversion tests and optimise user funnels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendors.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Fluent spoken and written English and German.

Required skills

• SEO/SEM expertise.
• Google Adwords campaign setup and optimisation.
• Paid social media campaign execution.
• Proficiency with website analytics tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript basics.
• Experience with e‑commerce platform listings.
• Social media platform management.
