Director, Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Director, Delivery to lead delivery operations across the EMEA region for enterprise clients. Based in Germany, you will shape strategy, drive execution and ensure high‑quality outcomes for complex, global engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic, industry‑focused delivery organization across the EMEA region, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, operational rigor and long‑term client retention.
• Own delivery strategy across client portfolios, including testing engagements, onboarding and value‑realisation initiatives.
• Partner closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to shape commercial strategy, support deal cycles and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee client onboarding, pilot execution and implementation quality to ensure successful adoption and customer success.
• Drive executive‑level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and translating technical delivery into clear business value.
• Monitor portfolio health through KPIs, financial metrics and risk indicators, ensuring consistent performance and accurate forecasting.
• Lead renewal planning and execution, including commercial discussions and contract retention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Community, Delivery Leadership) to continuously improve service quality and scale global delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in professional services, delivery management or consulting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing large‑scale portfolios and P&L.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related technical field.
• Strong background in delivery transformation, client engagement management or enterprise consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing executive‑level client relationships and communicating complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including KPI tracking, reporting, risk management and resource planning.
• Experience leading contract renewals and commercial negotiations in enterprise settings.
