Director, eCommerce Northern Europe (Hamburg)

About the role

As Director of eCommerce for Northern Europe, you will lead Pandora’s digital growth across eight markets, overseeing the full eCommerce business and driving commercial performance. Based in Hamburg, you will shape the future of commerce in a strategically important region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Northern Europe eCommerce P&L and develop growth strategies to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across markets, customer segments, and channels.
• Lead commercial planning, forecasting and investment decisions balancing short‑term impact with long‑term value.
• Define and execute the future vision for eCommerce, driving innovation in marketplaces, omnichannel, personalization and AI‑driven commerce.
• Adopt emerging technologies and AI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the General Manager and Northern Europe Leadership Team to integrate digital commerce into the broader commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with global functions such as Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Finance and Operations to accelerate growth.
• Lead transformational initiatives and organizational change across the cluster.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing end‑to‑end eCommerce operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.
• Ability to shape and execute digital commerce strategies in a multi‑market environment.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, AI‑driven solutions and continuous learning.
