Director, Management Consulting

About the role

Fujitsu is seeking a Director of Management Consulting to lead the newly created Europe Wayfinders advisory brand. Based in Germany, the UK or the Benelux region, you will work in a hybrid setting to help clients navigate digital transformation and technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development and growth for Europe Wayfinders, reporting directly to the Co‑CEO.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities, create proposals and presentations, and expand the consulting pipeline.
• Lead large, multi‑disciplinary consulting engagements across industries, ensuring quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and manage a small team of consultants deployed on client projects throughout Europe.
• Collaborate with internal portfolio owners to develop and market advisory offerings.

Required profile

• Extensive consultancy experience, preferably in IT value transformation, CXO advisory, or Data & AI.
• Proven track record in winning and managing complex, high‑impact projects.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
