Director of Aftersales, Germany

About the role

We are building the Aftersales function for our German National Sales Company and need an experienced, hands‑on Director to create and lead this critical business area from the ground up. The role combines full responsibility for aftersales strategy, operations and performance across service, parts, customer experience and dealer support.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall aftersales strategy for the German NSC.
• Establish organizational structures, processes and policies across all aftersales functions.
• Develop scalable, customer‑centric business models and align them with European Regional Centre and global standards.
• Oversee service and parts operations, ensuring profitability, parts availability, stock planning and efficient logistics.
• Manage accessories, merchandising and product offerings.
• Drive high service quality, operational excellence and long‑term customer satisfaction.
