Director of Brand Marketing & Community

About the role

Urban Sports Club is seeking a visionary Director of Brand Marketing & Community to lead the evolution of its consumer brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape a community‑centric lifestyle positioning and drive international growth across B2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term brand narrative, positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks in collaboration with the Strategy team.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel brand marketing campaigns, PR, content and social media that reinforce the “Club” community concept.
• Lead the translation, adaptation and scaling of the brand strategy for diverse international markets.
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring campaigns generate both new member acquisition and deeper member engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand initiatives with product, community and growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in brand marketing, preferably within consumer, lifestyle or wellness sectors.
• Strong track record of building community‑focused brands and driving international expansion.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate concepts into actionable marketing programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
