Director of European Sales

About the role

The Director of European Sales will lead Ulbrich’s growth across Europe, shaping the strategy to capture new business, expand market presence and strengthen relationships with key accounts. Based in Germany, the role coordinates with all Ulbrich locations to drive sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual European business plan covering all Ulbrich sites.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Analyse new markets, conduct SWOT and cost‑price assessments, and create business proposals.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, general managers and operations to align forecasts, budgets and product offerings.
• Represent Ulbrich at trade shows and conferences to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with European divisions and ensure coordinated sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in European market development and B2B sales leadership.
• Track record of managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong ability to work across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international environment.
