Director of Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Growth to shape and execute our growth strategy at femtasy, the first streaming platform for sensual audio stories and sounds for women. You will work directly with the founder and CEO, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive user acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define the strategic growth roadmap and identify high‑leverage opportunities.
• Prioritise and test growth levers across the full funnel – acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation and re‑activation.
• Design, run and analyse experiments, turning insights into scalable growth loops.
• Lead, coach and expand a small team of 3‑5 growth professionals while remaining actively involved in execution.
• Build a repeatable, data‑driven growth system that feeds continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth initiatives in a fast‑moving, digital‑first environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to form data‑backed hypotheses and validate them through experiments.
• Hands‑on attitude combined with leadership skills to develop a small team.
• Comfort working closely with C‑level executives and influencing strategic decisions.
