Director of GTM Excellence (Remote)

About the role

RoomPriceGenie is looking for a senior individual contributor to design, operationalise, and continuously improve its commercial operating system. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will act as a strategic partner to Commercial Directors and local leadership worldwide, ensuring every commercial team member follows a clear, disciplined playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain end‑to‑end processes for both SMB and Enterprise sales motions.
• Leverage AI agents and automation to standardise workflows, eliminate gaps, and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with a dedicated GTM AI Engineer to build and maintain AI‑enabled tools across the commercial department.
• Partner with regional leaders to enforce process adherence and drive consistent execution.
• Monitor commercial performance metrics and iterate on the operating system for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling commercial processes in a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
