Director of Influencer Relations & Casting

About the role

Highsnobiety’s creative agency HS+ is seeking a Director of Influencer Relations & Casting to lead its EU talent management team and shape the global talent offering. Based in Berlin, you will report to the VP of Creative Production and drive strategic growth across fashion, music, art and design domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for influencer and talent management worldwide.
• Mentor and manage the EU talent managers, ensuring high‑quality talent‑led campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, artists, models, agents, agencies and publicists.
• Lead multi‑channel activations featuring international talent, measuring cultural impact and performance.
• Stay ahead of emerging platforms and trends, applying data‑driven insights to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to integrate talent initiatives into broader creative projects.
• Negotiate contracts with tier‑1 talent and coordinate with agencies to secure favourable terms.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in talent relations, influencer marketing, PR or community‑based brand building.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and ability to craft long‑term strategies.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi‑channel campaigns with international talent.
• Deep network and cultural knowledge within fashion, music, art and design.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing influencer budgets.
