Director of Marketing – ARTD Category

About the role

The Director, Marketing (ARTD) will lead the acceleration of the ARTD business across Europe, turning category strategy into high‑impact execution. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role works within a networked system, partnering with country teams, bottlers and cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable growth models.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy ARTD category strategy across Europe, focusing on priority markets and translating strategic direction into market playbooks.
• Define market archetypes, prioritize resources, and identify growth opportunities to refine strategy.
• Execute the ARTD portfolio agenda, ensuring clear brand roles, driving innovation launches and scaling across key markets.
• Develop commercial activation frameworks, support key levers such as revenue growth management, channel focus and occasion‑based marketing.
• Lead integrated marketing execution, championing social‑first and occasion‑based activation models while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with country teams, bottlers and cross‑functional stakeholders to share best practices and build marketing capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol marketing regulations, brand safety standards and responsible marketing practices.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level experience in marketing leadership, preferably within consumer goods or beverage categories.
• Proven ability to translate category strategy into actionable market plans and drive execution across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth management, channel strategy and innovation rollout.
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with bottlers, country teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Track record of delivering growth in top priority markets while maintaining brand integrity and regulatory compliance.
