Director, Solution and Product Marketing

About the role

This Director role leads solution and product marketing for an enterprise‑technology portfolio, based in Germany. You will shape market strategy, define narratives and drive go‑to‑market execution at a global scale, working closely with product, sales, engineering and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategies for key product and solution areas.
• Own product and solution narratives, creating differentiated positioning and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
• Lead solution and product marketing strategies, including use‑case definition, competitive intelligence and market differentiation.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans for product launches and strategic initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering.
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs and technical content.
• Support analyst relations and ensure industry influencers understand the organization’s vision.
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business stories.
• Collaborate with field teams, sales engineering, customer success and ecosystem partners to boost market adoption.
• Manage, mentor and develop marketing team members while maintaining high execution standards.
• Adapt messaging for global markets and leverage customer insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Senior B2B technology marketing professional.
• Deep experience in enterprise software product marketing and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence market perception.
• Strong storytelling skills to convert technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and developing marketing talent.
