Director, Specialist Sales – Advisors Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Test & Learn platform sales across Germany, Switzerland and Austria. You will drive revenue growth with new clients in key verticals such as retail, hospitality, airlines and telecom, while positioning the broader Data & Services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for prospect accounts to secure multimillion‑dollar, multi‑year contracts.
• Build a cold pipeline, nurture it into active opportunities, and close platform deals.
• Communicate the value of bundling Test & Learn with other Data & Services solutions (Dynamic Yield, SessionM, Managed Services, Spending Pulse, Customer Data Enhancement).
• Present to senior client audiences and influence large‑scale deals.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal Data & Services sales teams and act as the face of D&S to C‑suite stakeholders.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of Mastercard Data & Services value propositions and merchant business.
• Strong commercial drive with proven ability to build senior client relationships.
• Background in software or data‑driven solution selling.
• Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills.
• Native‑level proficiency in English and/or German.
