Director Time Management (m/f/d)

About the role

Adidas is seeking a Director Time Management to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of time‑management processes across corporate, retail and distribution centre environments. The role will shape the service strategy, ensure compliance with market regulations and drive innovative solutions that support the Global Business Services (GBS) agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define the above‑market framework for time‑management in corporate, retail and DC areas.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution design, build and implementation for time‑management processes.
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers, gather requirements and act as a trusted advisor.
• Prioritise demand, create and maintain a solution roadmap, and align with overall HR solution architecture.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs, monitor performance and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional risk reviews, alignment meetings and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain functional system requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and support local market obligations.
• Identify innovative approaches, tools and new business opportunities to enhance time‑management services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading HR or time‑management processes at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement and optimise complex process solutions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and managing cross‑regional initiatives.
