Dispatcher – Logistics & Temperature‑Sensitive Shipments

About the role

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join Cencora’s World Courier logistics team in the Stuttgart region. The role coordinates a fleet of drivers to collect and deliver time‑critical, temperature‑controlled pharmaceutical shipments, ensuring compliance with strict handling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate collections and deliveries to the Stuttgart driving team, prioritising time‑sensitive and temperature‑controlled consignments.
• Plan and optimise routes, adjusting schedules ad‑hoc as required.
• Communicate shipment details and special handling instructions to drivers.
• Prepare specialist packaging, including filling liquid‑nitrogen dry shippers.
• Refurbish packaging, perform general warehouse duties, and download/process temperature‑control data.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in driver dispatch, transport planning or similar logistics roles.
• Previous work in freight or courier environments, preferably with pharmaceutical, temperature‑controlled, or time‑sensitive deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of the Stuttgart road network and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and communication skills.
