Distribution Account Manager – French Speaking Territories

About the role
TeamViewer is looking for a Distribution Account Manager to expand its SMB and mid‑market business across France, Benelux and the Nordics. You will drive growth through distributors and long‑tail partners, ensuring high renewal rates and increased product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow distribution‑led SMB and mid‑market revenue, focusing on scalable growth and operational excellence.
- Manage order processing and renewal execution via partners, minimizing churn.
- Drive upsell and cross‑sell initiatives through distributors and long‑tail resellers.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to broaden regional coverage.
- Collaborate with partners to enter new market segments and regions.
- Provide product training, certifications and continuous updates on features and value propositions.
- Support the development and refinement of channel programs and policies.
- Standardise and automate distribution processes such as onboarding, renewals and reporting.
- Work closely with Inside Sales, CAMs, Marketing and Solution Engineering on joint GTM strategies.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution or partner management within the software/SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of IT distribution models, SMB business and indirect sales via resellers.
- Proven track record of driving renewals, retention and revenue growth.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs and MSP ecosystems.
- Ability to thrive in a highly scalable, process‑driven environment.
