About the role

Join JD Star as a Graduate Account Manager focused on expanding the Joybuy cross‑border marketplace. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding high‑value European brands and merchants, helping them navigate the complexities of international e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach and market mapping to acquire new merchants for the Joybuy platform.
• Deliver compelling pitches, address objections on logistics, compliance, and costs, and negotiate onboarding terms.
• Analyze merchant performance data (traffic, CTR, CVR) to refine acquisition strategies.
• Provide cross‑border consulting on supply‑chain mechanics, global compliance, and digital store operations.
• Own commercial KPIs related to outreach volume, engagement quality, and successful onboarding conversions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Native‑level proficiency in the local market language and fluent professional English.
• Logical communicator able to break down complex business problems.
• Commercially minded, resilient, and curious about trade and relationship building.
• Familiarity with online marketplace mechanics through research or prior experience.
• Able to quickly learn changing platform rules, cross‑border regulations, and competitor dynamics.
