E-Commerce Operation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Operation Specialist to join HONOR’s team in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on managing and optimizing our self‑operated and third‑party e‑commerce platforms, driving sales performance, and developing community and user‑generated content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise self‑operated and third‑party e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Otto, hihonor.com), monitoring sales performance, traffic, conversion and operational metrics.
• Plan and execute product launch operations and annual promotional campaigns to maximise sales during peak periods.
• Develop and implement channel strategies for hihonor.com and oversee partnership initiatives.
• Conduct regular sales and performance analysis, build KPI dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor daily operations, identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and support weekly business reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Develop fan community growth strategies and establish scalable UGC frameworks with incentive and gamified mechanisms.
• Curate high‑performing UGC for cross‑platform amplification and monitor community feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce or retail industry.
• In‑depth experience in e‑shop operation, preferably with go‑to‑market or category operation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options and recommend growth actions.
• Ability to think across multiple business dimensions and work cross‑functionally.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
