EdTech Head of Learning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning to drive the product strategy for our EdTech portfolio across the DACH market. Based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to expand our product suite and enhance AI‑supported learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the entire learning portfolio in the DACH region.
• Lead, mentor and line‑manage product and technical teams.
• Collaborate with C‑suite executives to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee AI tooling integration, quality assurance, and cloud‑based development initiatives.
• Drive market expansion and ensure product compliance with regional regulations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in product and technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling product teams.
• Background in EdTech or education‑focused product development.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
