Education Business Development Manager – Healthcare Capacity Building

About the role

As an Education Business Development Manager you will shape Siemens Healthineers' educational solutions that close capacity gaps in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with government affairs, ministries, NGOs and local partners to design and deliver training programmes for radiographers, radiologists, laboratory professionals and biomedical engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse capacity gaps in target countries and support country leadership in capacity‑building tenders.
• Lead the tender process, manage bid documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Combine Siemens Healthineers’ portfolio with local partners to develop tailored educational solutions.
• Coordinate all project phases from planning and monitoring to implementation and evaluation.
• Maintain the quality of educational content and nurture relationships with business partners.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in organisational education and training development, preferably within healthcare.
• Proven experience in tendering and bid management in the healthcare sector.
• Strong project‑management capabilities working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital processes.
