Educational Coaching Tutor (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Nachhilfeunterricht is seeking enthusiastic Educational Coaching Tutors to support students across Germany. You will work remotely (or on‑site when needed) to help learners improve study habits, confidence and academic performance through personalised coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑to‑1 or small‑group coaching sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
• Guide students in setting goals, organising study schedules and applying effective learning techniques.
• Assist learners in maintaining focus, overcoming challenges and developing self‑motivation.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to help students achieve measurable academic improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for education, coaching and student development.
• Ability to adapt to various ages, levels and learning styles.
• Reliable internet connection for online sessions.
• No prior tutoring experience required; training or related experience is a plus.
