Electrical Site Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Site Manager to join a major EU data‑centre programme based in Frankfurt. The role carries full responsibility for the electrical scope on‑site, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme and quality, and ensuring safe, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all electrical works on site, from containment and cabling through to switchgear, UPS and final connections.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and European standards.
• Drive site health and safety, including RAMS reviews, permits and toolbox talks.
• Monitor programme progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Interface with commissioning teams during testing and energisation phases.
• Support inspections, snagging and final hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Electrical Site Manager on data‑centre or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong electrical background (trade or engineering) with solid understanding of HV/LV systems, UPS, generators and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience working on EU‑based construction projects.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong health and safety awareness and leadership on site.
• Fluent English; German advantageous but not essential.
• Right to work in the EU or ability to work in Germany on a contract basis.
