Engagement Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Guidewire is seeking a French‑speaking Engagement Manager to guide insurance customers through their transformation journeys with our suite of products. You will act as the primary partner for customers, ensuring successful adoption, delivering value, and supporting long‑term satisfaction across the Southern Europe and Benelux region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers using Guidewire solutions, aligning implementations with best practices and business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and help customers navigate key delivery milestones.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in claims, policy, billing, underwriting, and operations.
• Co‑develop roadmaps with customer leadership that align Guidewire capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, Cloud Operations, and Support teams to ensure coordinated execution and relay feedback for product enhancements.
• Promote Guidewire resources such as training, community forums, documentation, and expert support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles within software delivery, consulting, or transformation projects.
• Strong background in property & casualty (P&C) insurance, with knowledge of claims, underwriting, policy, or billing processes.
• Fluent written and spoken French; additional languages are a plus.
• Deep understanding of at least one Southern European market (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy) and familiarity with regional insurance systems.
• Ability to engage customers and partners, influencing adoption and renewal outcomes.
