Engineering Manager – Lead Full‑Stack & AI/ML Team

About the role

Cosuno is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team of full‑stack and AI/ML engineers. You will stay hands‑on, spending most of your time coding, reviewing code, and shaping architecture while guiding the team toward technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of full‑stack and AI/ML engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth planning, and hiring.
• Own delivery and technical quality of the team’s roadmap, collaborating closely with the Product Manager.
• Contribute hands‑on across the TypeScript stack (React + Node), from feature design to pull‑request reviews.
• Raise the team’s technical bar through code reviews, architectural guidance, and AI‑assisted engineering workflows.
• Partner with engineering leadership on team topology, processes, and platform direction.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, scalable web applications.
• Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, team lead, or senior tech lead.
• Strong desire to stay hands‑on (60–80% coding) and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
