Engineering Technical Planning & Integration Support

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space as an Engineering Technical Planning and Integration Support professional. You will work closely with the Technical Planning Team, Chief Engineers and Centres of Competence to ensure smooth workload and workforce processes across key engineering programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in annual operational planning, Estimate at Completion (EAC) and forecasting activities.
• Support budget planning execution and coordinate workload management.
• Drive SAP implementation and maintain accurate data in the system.
• Coordinate engineering offers from Kick‑off Meeting to Finance formalisation.
• Provide cross‑functional planning support for programmes such as Eurofighter.
• Support Chief Engineers and Centres of Competence in internal engineering processes.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in planning activities.
• Strong analytical and data‑handling capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP.
