Enterprise Advertising Sales Manager

About the role

Wolt Ads is looking for an Enterprise Advertising Sales Manager to lead high‑impact sales initiatives with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for top brands, driving revenue through ads and promotional campaigns across Wolt’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and commercialise ad and promo solutions to CPG partners, creating joint business value.
• Develop and execute win‑win‑win business models that benefit CPG partners, Wolt, and end‑customers.
• Collaborate with local market teams and the global ads operations team to ensure seamless plan execution.
• Leverage Wolt’s data assets to design and launch commercial initiatives.
• Conduct long‑term joint business planning and maintain world‑class service for major consumer brands.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in account management or sales within the CPG or advertising sector.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with local and global teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self‑starter attitude and strong drive.
• Creative problem‑solver capable of adapting quickly in a fast‑moving industry.
