EOR Business Operations Manager

About the role

This high‑impact position sits at the core of a global Employer of Record (EOR) infrastructure. Based in Germany and operating in a fully distributed environment, you will shape how EOR operations are executed across multiple regions, domains and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional operational initiatives from problem definition through execution, adoption and impact measurement.
• Identify systemic gaps in EOR processes and coordinate improvements with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Customer Success owners.
• Design and refine operating mechanisms such as intake, routing, escalation paths, handoffs and documentation standards.
• Maintain visibility on dependencies, priorities, risks and decisions across multiple operational streams.
• Own recurring operational reporting, turning data from dashboards and ticketing systems into actionable insights.
• Support compliance and audit initiatives, ensuring proper documentation and remediation tracking.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled automation opportunities to boost speed, accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth execution of initiatives across EOR service lines and geographies.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years of experience in business operations, program management or operational excellence within a global or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Experience improving operational systems, workflows or processes with cross‑functional dependencies.
• Comfortable working with operational data and translating it into insights.
