ERP Project Manager – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead new ERP implementations for a growing consultancy. The position is fully remote within Germany and involves close collaboration with developers and external clients to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute ERP projects from initiation to closure.
• Act as the main point of contact for external clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Manage project finances, including invoicing, credit notes and profit‑share calculations.
• Provide training and support to client teams during and after implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP projects in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Fluent German at C1 level or higher for client interaction.
• Strong financial understanding related to project billing and credit processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
