About the role

Quince is looking for a mid‑level Graphic Designer to join its European brand team. The role will support day‑to‑day creative execution for campaigns, product launches and core brand touchpoints across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual assets for digital, marketing and e‑commerce channels.
• Translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand graphics quickly and efficiently.
• Scale design output for the European market while maintaining a cohesive premium aesthetic.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Required profile

• Mid‑level graphic designer with strong design fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and a sharp sense of visual taste.
• Ability to work at speed without compromising quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, data‑driven retail environment.
