European Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead OEM customer development and channel partner expansion across key European markets. The role involves building strong networks, gathering market intelligence, and driving projects from prototype to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand OEM customer base and channel partners in Germany, France, the Netherlands and other European countries.
• Collect local market demands, industry trends, and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.
• Manage end‑to‑end project roll‑out, including prototype introduction, customer testing, mass‑production launch and post‑launch coordination.
• Standardize and optimise partner cooperation systems, maintaining long‑term strategic relationships with distributors and OEM manufacturers.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to reside in Europe long‑term with proven overseas experience in the European market.
• Deep understanding of the European OEM procurement process and hands‑on experience managing OEM customers.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent cross‑cultural communication, negotiation and project coordination skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of independently acquiring new customers and growing regional business.
