Evening Shift Service & Barista (m/f/d)

About the role

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant is looking for a barista with service experience to work evening shifts in its bar and restaurant area. You will be part of a team that serves regional, organic products in a vibrant setting that doubles as a breakfast room, lunch area, dinner saloon, wine bar, café, event space and music venue.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests.
• Provide attentive service in the bar and restaurant during evening hours.
• Support the venue’s multiple functions, including events and music performances.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and product quality.
• Work weekends and evenings as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hotel or catering industry.
• Service‑driven background in a restaurant or bar.
• Qualified barista.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Outgoing personality and passion for guest interaction.

Required skills

• Barista coffee preparation.
