Events Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Events Marketing Executive to lead the creation of impactful event experiences that boost brand presence and drive business growth across Europe. Based in Germany and working in a remote‑first environment, you will connect marketing strategy with memorable in‑person activations at conferences, industry events, and flagship experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end event marketing strategies, from audience targeting to post‑event analysis.
• Own the attendee and speaker journey, managing communications, briefings, and follow‑up.
• Develop creative concepts for booths, event environments, and visual storytelling.
• Lead sponsorship activations and regional events while maintaining brand consistency.
• Define swag concepts, creative standards, and collaborate with operational teams for delivery.
• Create detailed creative briefs and manage relationships with designers, agencies, and vendors.
• Build strong relationships with regional communities, partners, venues, and stakeholders throughout Europe.
• Monitor event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, brand impact, and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B field marketing programs or large‑scale event portfolios.
• Strong understanding of event marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics.
• Experience overseeing creative event elements like booth design and brand experiences.
• Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
